Users must comply with the terms, policies, community standards, and developer requirements of connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
Violations of platform rules may result in:
StartDotCom is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
StartDotCom may provide AI-assisted social content generation (Captions, Post ideas, Campaign content, Marketing copy, Hashtags, Scheduling recommendations).
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating all AI-generated content before publication.
StartDotCom does not guarantee accuracy, compliance, effectiveness, or performance of AI-generated outputs.
Users must not use social media integrations to:
StartDotCom reserves the right to suspend integrations where abuse is detected.
StartDotCom implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect social media integration data, including:
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users remain responsible for protecting their own accounts and credentials.
Analytics information (reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, interactions, campaign performance) is displayed to assist users in evaluating performance.
Analytics are provided for informational purposes only.
StartDotCom does not guarantee business outcomes, audience growth, engagement levels, or marketing performance.
Social media integrations depend upon third-party platforms and APIs.
StartDotCom cannot guarantee continuous availability, feature availability, platform compatibility, API stability, or platform functionality.
Third-party providers may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue APIs at any time. StartDotCom shall not be liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
Users may disconnect connected social media accounts through: Settings → Connected Accounts
Disconnecting an account may disable associated features and automation workflows.
Historical records may continue to be retained in accordance with our Data Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Social media integration data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain integrations, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and support security investigations.

Users may request deletion of eligible social media integration data by contacting: privacy@startdotcom.com
Requests must be submitted from the email address associated with the relevant StartDotCom account.
Upon successful verification, StartDotCom will take reasonable steps to delete eligible social media integration data, stored access tokens, and related connection records within thirty (30) days unless retention is required by law, security obligations, fraud investigations, contractual requirements, or regulatory obligations.

This Policy may be updated periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of social media integrations constitutes acceptance of revised versions.
